DeskUnlock (“we”, “us”) operates deskunlock.com, an educational website about desk mobility for people who sit at work.
What we collect
- Email address — if you unlock the free Desk Mobility Plan, we may collect the email you submit solely to grant on-site access (show the remaining steps and allow the PDF download on this website). We do not email you the PDF. We do not send promotions, newsletters, or marketing messages. This site is a small test; we may delete or discard emails and keep no lasting marketing list. We do not sell your email.
- Server and CDN logs — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and reliability.
- Contact email — if you write to [email protected], we receive whatever you send.
- Advertising and analytics tags — if we run ads (for example Meta or Google), those platforms may set cookies or similar technologies to measure traffic from ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
- Browser local storage — after you unlock the full plan, we may store a small flag (and the email you entered) in your browser so the page stays unlocked on return visits. Clear this anytime via your browser’s site data / storage settings.

Third parties
Hosting and DNS are provided by Cloudflare. If a form provider is configured during testing (for example Formspree), it may briefly process the email you submit under their terms — only for recording the unlock event, not to message you. If advertising campaigns are active, Meta and/or Google may process data under their own policies when you click ads or load tracking tags.
Retention
Unlock emails from this test may be discarded at any time and are not used for a marketing list. CDN and ad platform logs follow those providers’ practices. Local storage remains until you clear it.

You can stop visiting the site, block cookies, clear site storage, or email us with questions about a message you sent to [email protected].
